Old Faithful

So today I decided to make one of my favorite things...Jam Thumbprint cookies. The recipe is from the barefoot contessa (I will post the recipe later). It's totally simple, and delicious!!!
There are just some basic ingredients...in fact you probably already have this all in your kitchen...except maybe the coconut.

After the dough is mixed and chilled. You roll it into one oz. balls and put them first in the egg wash, then roll them in the coconut.


You press down the middle and fill it with Jam. I use raspberry preserve...


and apricot...both flavors work really well.



bake and enjoy...SOOOOO good.
