Some quick 4th of July cupcakes that are super easy. I made your standard choc. and vanilla cupcakes. Then I mixed some red and blue icing and put it in a piping bag. After the cupcakes had cooled, I poked the tip of the piping bag into the cupcake on top and squeezed a little in. Then frosted the top white, threw on some sprinkles and decorative toothpicks! Viola patriotic cupcakes!
