They are Red Velvet Cake lolly pops. First let's just say that they are the cutest things in the whole world, ridiculously rich, and on a stick! What's not to love.
As you can see the inside is Red Velvet Cake. But it's more than that:) It's the cake mixed with cream cheese frosting. Then you put it on the stick, and dip it in chocolate...and sprinkles just make everything better!!
These are some that I am making for a friend to use at a bridal shower. The brides colors are champagne and silver. I thought they turned out very nicely
These are some left overs that I put colorful sprinkles to give to some friends in the neighborhood. (That's right ladies...goodies are on the way)
No matter what you put on them, they are cute...but be advised, it does take a certain amount of practice to make them. And if you look on the Bakerella site, you will see that I still have a LONG way to go:)
